Spitting out food
Does anyone else's toddler just chew food and spit it out, even food she really likes 🙈 I know it's likely a phase but just really drives me nuts!

Yeah she also just let's milk or water run out of mouth 😐 what ways are you trying to correct it?
I used to say it’s not good, please stop. Now I ask him, is it nice and he always nods his head. Also when he sees me looking at him when he is about to do it, he stops. It’s developmental so I don’t want to say much.

Yup. Mine does it too. We have been trying to correct it. He does that with water and milk too when he is not hungry anymore
