I’m interested to know what you think are must haves for your sensory bins? What is something you try to avoid? Is there anything you’ve wanted to try and haven’t?
I bought a couple premade ones from Michael’s because they were on sale. I love Orbeez-they’re good for scooping and pouring and digging your hands in.
I LOATHE kinetic sand, especially when in the same container as the Orbeez because now the Orbeez are just crusted in sand and there’s not a good way to separate it out
I also like the aquarium gravel (I think that’s what it is?) included in one of mine, similar to using beans or whatever
Tongs, shovels, and cups are good for open ended play
I want to do the rainbow rice but someone else is going to have to make it for me because ain’t nobody got time for that at my house
