Montessori and the holidays
How deep do you all get during the holidays? I found for me this time of year is the hardest because people like to buy toys for my kids that don't fit my lifestyle. Do you use Montessori philosophy to get you through the holidays?

Thats smart Destiny. Some of my family members will use a list, others don't but like you said I usually let them play with it, if it's safe but then either put it away or regift/donate.
I put a Amazon gift list together. And depending on what kind of toy it is, I usually will still let them play with other stuff it just depends. I always ask for a gift receipt also
