Hyperovulation and multiple LH peaks

So I thought I was 5DPO (see chart attached) and suddenly I felt humid so did an ovulation test and it’s positive. I had stopped testing LH as didn’t want to get too caught up in expecting it to increase in case of a possible pregnancy. I suspect I suffer from PCOS and have been taking inositol for nearly 3 weeks now. I went and had a read about hyperovulation and multiple LH peaks and found this: https://fertility2family.com.au/2021/06/can-you-ovulate-twice-in-a-month/ I’m just sharing information that I had no idea about until now. Apparently women with PCOS are more susceptible to ovulate twice in a cycle. Having said that, I’ll be testing my LH continuously now. I’m not sure whether my first ovulation was successful or not even though my BBT went up and I’m afraid I’ve lost my second peak as I’m not sure we’ll be having sex tonight. Anyone has found themselves in a similar situation?

I have pcos & I was the exact same - I was showing multiple LH surges during a cycle. I’m currently on cd202! I’ve stopped using opks & just go off of my cm now. Finally had ewcm today, so hoping this is actually it for me 🤞🏼 it’s so frustrating I know, but eventually our time will come x

I was exactly the same!! I was having multiple peaks and not ovulating. Diagnosed with PCOS and just started medicated cycles (basically IUI with timed intercourse rather than insemination. I have 5 days Letrozole (this helps the lining thicken and follicle to grow) and then a trigger injection of Ovidrel (this forces ovulation to happen). For full transparency I have very regular blood tests and ultrasounds to manage each stage of my cycle. I’ve just moved to the US so it’s a bit different here. Hoping all the baby dancing works for you ❤️
