Sciatica getting me down
Hey! Just wanted a bit of a moan really lol. I’ve had sciatica in the past before getting pregnant so knew pregnancy would likely cause a flare up again. But it’s getting to the point where I can’t do much or walk for more than 5 minutes and it’s making me feel rubbish. I feel like I can’t do the simplest of things and like I’ve lost my independence a bit. I’m only 26 weeks and not sure how I’m going to get through the last trimester as it’s likely to get worse.
I'm in the same boat - have you found any ways yo make it feel better? I'm on my feet 10-11 hours a day at work it's becoming unbareable
