Hey! Just wanted a bit of a moan really lol. I’ve had sciatica in the past before getting pregnant so knew pregnancy would likely cause a flare up again. But it’s getting to the point where I can’t do much or walk for more than 5 minutes and it’s making me feel rubbish. I feel like I can’t do the simplest of things and like I’ve lost my independence a bit. I’m only 26 weeks and not sure how I’m going to get through the last trimester as it’s likely to get worse.

I'm on my feet 10-11 hours a day at work it's becoming unbareable

Same here - sleeping is the worst for me, that's when it's really unbearable. I'm due to see a chiropractor who specialises in pregnancy sciatica. It's a pricey solution but I'm hoping it will help. 🤞🏻
