Panic Disorder

Hi mamas. Have any of you suffered or presently suffer from panic disorder? I’ve been experiencing the feelings of a panic attack almost daily and it’s become so isolating. I’m looking for ways to cope and get over this.

Yes...sending you lots of comfort and hope that it can get better. I started with "An End to Panic Attacks Workbook" which helped me regain control when nothing else seemed to help. Ultimately I ended up on medication...there were precipitating events to my panic that had really altered my neurochemistry. Also would recommend just a trip to your primary care and basic age-appropriate blood work to make sure there isn't something else going on.
