I struggled for the first trimester and a bit into the second trimester wanting to smoke after work or having dreams about me smoking and they would feel so real I'd be scared that I actually did. The cravings will pass for the most part but id suggests finding a way to destress if you don't want to smoke during pregnancy. I would take a walk or a bath I started listening to audio books or finding a new show to watch once those cravings hit something to destress/ distraction.
I smoked my whole pregnancy and still do 3 weeks pp and I breastfeed. Do what's feels best for you. Sometimes you need a little you time to relax.
