What in the molasses is going on?

Hello, I am 46 yrs old. I believe it had been somewhere around a year since my last cycle. Im not that “together “ in life that I ever tracked on a calendar etc. Last week my cycle came. It was only 3 days. Its hard for me to ever know which symptoms are what. I have fibromyalgia and every day is like a box of chocolate. 🙆‍♀️I did some googling and obviously I am near death. My Dr. leaves a lot to be desired in the level of care. She just said if it’s bothering me to go in to urgent care or ER. I was like thanks lady. The Bubonic plague is taking over my menopause and you still never have appointments. So, here I am…..

You can be menopausal and still have the occasional bleeding or cycle. It is normal. If in doubt or you think you may have something else going on schedule a dr. Visit to have your hormones checked and that will either confirm you are entering menopause or that you need to do more investigation. I hate to say it but it only gets worse as far as symptoms. Or at least for me. And my Dr. Was not much help either.
