Tampons
Has anyone elected to use tampons instead of pads after a scheduled csection. I'm quite literally over pads. I'm about to be 4 weeks pp on Wednesday. Still bleeding but annoyed and want some other mommas opnions

How many weeks pp were you?
2-3weeks
They recommend waiting the full 6 weeks because tampons can harbor bacteria and you still have an open wound inside your uterus.

I didn’t have a C-section but once my bleeding calmed down enough I used tampons. I truly despise pads and couldn’t stand the feeling of them so once I was comfortable enough I stopped using them
