Am i been ungreatful

My mum and dad never bothered with me my whole life so far, ive been independent since i was 16 and moved out! When i became pregnant they werent really too bothered just said they are happy for me standard things. For my sister they bought her everything for the baby, pram and drawers and anything she needed so my mum has gone and got me a 3 in 1 pram and car seat system...they are second hand and dirty...i think she got them for free..this is my first baby and i dont know what to do...my feiend said give her them back and say you dont want them. The car seat has mould on it.....what would you do? Any advice appreciated
