Sleep struggles
Can anyone tell me what they do for sleep with their two year old??
My daughter continuously gets out of bed and screams bloody murder for two hours… every single night. She now started doing it in the morning for an hour too because she “doesn’t want to sleep”
We are pretty strict at bedtime but it’s not helping… the first 2-3 times she gets out of bed we give her water, diaper change etc whatever she requests and then after that simply tell her it’s bed time, tuck her back in bed and walk out. By the time we close the door she is up again

Ya it’s honestly so tough! 😣 we are hoping it’s just a sleep regression but omg we are so tired! What’s the chair method though??

Weve been trying to do the chair method and stand at the door for our son while he lies down in bed. I read youre supposed to keep taking them back to bed. But lately my son wakes up everynight. Im tired. It might be a developmental growth.. I hope. Right there with you with the struggle.
