Hey Epidural mamas!! Question!!!

Do any of you experience a small pocket of fluid where your injection site was at??? I get these flare ups when I over do it when I'm cleaning or something and your kinda beat up from a hard days work around the house and I wondered if anyone else gets and can you get referrals regarding physical therapy or chiropractor services and advice????
