Sneeze

I had the worst cramping when I sneezed the other day! Had to stand up, then felt very light-headed. Almost 100%, I'll need an epidural just after that episode 😆

Sneezes are a whole ordeal when pregnant aren't they? 😂 they do hurt! It's good practise for my pelvic floor as I feel like the baby might actually fall out when I sneeze along with my entire bladder so I try to hold it all in haha

@Elizabeth this is so me, too 🤣 I’ve been telling myself I’ll have a home birth and breathe baby out but then a sudden sneeze came and felt like I’d torn something, agony 🤣

@Carlie I know what you mean. I would love to have a water birth, but I need to be realistic 🤣 cause I know I won't be able to handle it if it's anything like the aftermath of a sneeze 😂
