How much is it costing you for the gender test at doctors office? Is your insurance covering? Is it part of a required test?

My doctor asked if i wanted it, to find out sooner than waiting till the anatomy scan, some are covered under insurance and some you have to pay out of pocket.
They said my insurance might cover it but if not I’ll be around $270
After my insurance it’s 299. Not doing it. lol
If insurance doesn't cover it mine will be 299
It’s part of the NIPT test. Mine was fully covered.
Mine wasn’t fully covered and I was told at max 349
