i woke up with a blood clot bigger than a 50p, i’m 6days pp and not sure wether i should call my midwives about it…

Yes. If in doubt always call and speak to midwife. The reason they ask you to tell them about any big clots or increase in bleeding is due to the risk of retained placenta. I ended up in ER at 3wks pp as I’d gone into sepsis (I had a blood infection, mastitis and kidney infection). Definitely something you want checked out I say!
