Someone posted that it's possible to still show as pregnant a certain amount of time postpartum. Not sure how long
@Nicole Google says 7-60 days! I'd wait a bit, then take another! Maybe not next day but a few!

My first test looked like this and I was 2 month pp. I'm now 4 months pregnant and have a 6 month old. I took some more tests over the next few days after the first one and it slowly showed up more clearly over the days x

When we were trying to conceive our first, I did too much research into pregnancy tests (it took 2 years and the morning of my positive, the digital test malfunctioned so I only do the line kind now). Your HCG will be higher with the first pee of the day than any other time so that’s the best time to take the test. If it’s actually positive and not a fluke, congratulations. My kiddos are 15 months apart and I about had a nervous breakdown when I found out I was pregnant again 7 months PP. the mom guilt hits hard but I am finally getting into a rhythm and life is balancing out. Now I spend my day keeping the 18 month old from squishing or pulling or loving too hard on the 3 month old.
