Late, but negative tests

My cycles are usually 28 days long exactly. I’m currently on day 30 (and 13dpo). Not feeling any pms symptoms. I did a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. Do you think there could be a chance I may be pregnant but the hormones aren’t strong enough to pick up yet, or would you say it’s probably not my month? Could ttc be any more stressful 🫠
