Babysitting?

Hello all! I just wanted to get a recommendation for babysitting and full time nanny in town. I have a newborn that was born in April and will go back to work in mid August. We currently have him registered for a daycare, but considering getting a nanny instead. Any suggestions will be helpful!

hi! I am a fellow mama and own a nanny agency here in nashville. Little Ones Nanny Agency. www.littleonesnannyagency.com or email me personal tylena@littleonesnannyagency.com

@Tylena HI I am kinda in an odd position. So I work for an auto parts factory and we have busy seasons and slow seasons (june july Nov and Dec.) During our busy seasons I work seven days a week and have to work two 12 hour shifts. 645am to 7pm. So I have my son in daycare full time and it covers just about all my childcare needs but I need someone who could watch him on Saturdays through the year and Saturday Sundays and from 5pm to 8pm two days out of the week during our busy season. I have gone the babysitter/daycare routine for the past year and haven't had much luck as far as dependability goes. I need some advice on if a nanny would be a good fit for my family. I'm a single mother and not having the complete childcare I need is ultimately going to cause me to loose my dream job. Could you help me with WHT steps to do next?
