Milk substitutes

Hi. My baby is 11 months and still on breastmilk, but at times my milk supply drops significantly. There’s nothing against formula, however for personally reasons we’ve decide me against using them as some brands have ingredients that we’re not comfortable with. I made almond milk from scratch and he did not like it. What other milk alternatives or what can I do to substitute when I am low with something that has at least more nutrients than almond. Thank you

We've been consulting a pediatric nutritionist since we started solids and throughout our food journey we were always recommended full fat unsweetened soy milk..we use the silk brand, I think it's 80 or 90 calories.

@Liat-Leah I’ll look into it. Thank you!!!

We do juice with no sugar added. You can also do smoothies. We like soy milk the best so that s what we blend with ripe (spots) bananas for a smoothie. My girl stopped breastfeeding around 11 months or so and we never did formula or almond milk.

🥑 🍌 and coconut water smoothie 😋 Gluten free oat milk ✨ And I cut on fats too. Eat lots of fruits 😋 berries veggies. And raspberry leaf tea ☕💕 🌿
