Breastmilk on holiday
Hello, I’m going on holiday 6-9th May (our first time away from baby😩). I’m absolutely terrified and panicking about what to do with my milk… I’m going to pump to keep a supply but I’m so sad about wasting it all :( do any of you have any experience or ideas about keeping my breastmilk the whole time?

The most important thing is to keep a supply by pumping regularly and avoid getting mastatis
If the place your staying at has a freezer pump and freeze milk in ur milk bags.
Have a milk bath every night 🤷🏼♀️ skin will be lush by end of holiday!

When I travelled for the first time I threw away half of my milk and kept other half in freezer bags and stored in my airbnb freezer. So you should be fine if you have a fridge/freezer in your hotel then bring it back with you. It may defrost on the way back home tho (depending how long the flight is etc.) so use immediately you get home.
