Postpartum

I’m really struggling with losing my baby weight. I had my baby at the end of November and haven’t even lost any weight, I’m still the same weight as when I was pregnant. I always have a sweet tooth. Does anyone have any tips? I feel so insecure in the body I have right now.

I’m the same (despite exercising), but also haven’t gained any weight (despite holidays), so if you are breastfeeding it could be your hormones preventing weight loss. Keep exercising (walking and resistance training) and you’ll be building muscle and strengthening your core!

It’s a journey, I started losing weight after almost a year I gave birth because I was fed up with clothes not fitting anymore and lack of energy.. multivitamin shakes in the morning have helped me massively in both areas. I had to cut out the sweets to start losing weight again which was hard but I feel so much better now
