Jumping jacks!
I recently started taking fiber (because, pregnancy 😒), but I've read that it can help with blood sugar. Not sure if it's a coincidence, but my fasting sugars have improved since I started taking it.
Walking, leave table salt alone , hawthorn berry tea has helped my husband keep his bp under control…. And adding cinnamon to certain dishes
Exercise or walking helps with ur sugar levels
Thanks
eat carrots first thing in the morning! eating a vegetable to start your day can significantly lower blood sugar. 😊
