Possibly pregnant while breastfeeding

Started feeling symptoms 2 weeks ago and a red dye test had a faint positive line whoever since then every blue dye test is a negative I’m beyond exhausted, nauseous, lightheaded and feeling cramping I never got my period after giving birth to my twins due to me breastfeeding Tomorrow I go in for a blood test to confirm if I’m pregnant or not however there’s a lot of mixed emotions on whether I should be happy if I’m not or happy if I am Any advice?

Definitely pregnant breastfeeding and having no period doesn’t stop you from getting pregnant.

I can't see a line on the tests tbh but breastfeeding doesn't stop you from getting pregnant. Even if you're not had a period because you ovulate before having your period so you can get pregnant again straight away

I see the line in the red test but if that was 2 weeks ago, i would think you should be getting a strong positive regardless of which type of test your using by now. As others have said, breastfeeding doesn't stop you from getting pregnant. This could be a chemical pregnancy or just really early still maybe.
