Breastfeeding/formula
So my supply has been going down and I was pumping 2oz off each breast now I'm barely pumping 2oz tg, I'm using the enfamil formula, last night she breastfed for an hour!!! Then a breast milk bottle and it wasn't enough so I gave her a 2oz bottle of the formula and that was around 5am and we woke up around 7 and she was throwing up so much idk what to do all my husband says is I'm not eating Enough which I'm eating 3 times a day even if it's something small
Sounds like she was over fed. Be sure to Burp often and pace feed when using bottles Your supply isn’t doing down it’s adjusting to what baby actually needs. If you’re mixing breastfeeding and formula be sure to nurse before / after the formula so your body knows milk is still needed at that time Obvi stay hydrated and make sure you’re eating enough but you move milk to make milk.
