Gym and ivf?
This may sound so stupid but has anyone had success with ivf who didn’t go to the gym? I’m worried that me not going to the gym is effecting my ivf outcome

@Ana thank you, I do yoga and go for walks when I can so I hope that’s enough
I didn't but we would try to take the dogs for a walk every night

I didn’t go during my cycle and post transfer and I am pregnant, I think it’s good to maintain a certain level of healthyness but walking and light activity is recommended during the cycles anyway
