Intimacy issues when pregnant

I’m 38 weeks and have had sex once with partner and he turned lights off. He said he’s not attracted to me because I’m “huge” - there’s no affection either, no kissing, barely any cuddling, hand holding - anyone else in the same boat? Feeling mentally exhausted.

I reckon you do a 360 on him when you recover and feel good. Tell him the way he treated you turned you off of him so first time you guys have sex has to be lights off because you don’t want to look at his face. I’m just a hasty person like that. I’m sorry you’re feeling this way.

Oh girl I would cry! That’s so hard pregnancy is amazing and your body is amazing you’re making a baby!!! That has been a huge fear with my partner. Have you tried talking about it?

@Amy agreeed!

That's not cool at all, he should love you for you no matter what. Tbh i dont like that excuse. Regardless of your size, that shouldn't change the way he feels about you personally and the affection he should show you! Expecially considering its not like you just let yourself go, your growing his baby! I have no real advice atm but just want you to know your growing body is a beautiful thing, your bubba will be gorgeous and i hope you have a safe delivery! I'd also be vengeful like amy suggested too lol I'd make him wait 38w for any attention after bubs was born 😂

Smfh. Verbal abuse. Girl I’m sorry you had to deal with that. What a asshole. You’re pregnant, and his comment to you was very rude. If anything he suppose to make you feel beautiful.

Ew what the hell that’s horrible?! My partner absolutely loves my bump and says he finds me even more attractive now because he can’t believe the ‘miracle’ I’m making 🤣 I’m sorry that you have to deal with that, you’re literally pregnant, he should be worshipping you!

@Ziah 😂 I like you too. I have this hatred for men a little even with a great partner, he knows my words come out like knives when needed 😂 Never accept the disrespect, and it never hurt to give them a taste of their own medicine when needed.
