My manager is so inappropriate!
He’s always making idiotic comments and jokes and today in a teams meeting said oh I hope the drink you’ve made me hasn’t got a date rape drug in it when a colleague handed a coffee he made him… is this behaviour ok? I’m feeling triggered by it.
This is tricky and needs clarification, are those components ever made to you? Are the colleagues who they are for feel they are inappropriate or is your manager friends with those people outside of work? The comments might sound inappropriate to our ears but if he is making them to his friends who don’t mind and have a similar sense of humour that might be how they interact with each other. If not and others feel the same way then they are inappropriate. It depends on the situation.
