Tantrums

Are anyone else's child's tantrum just relentless at the moment?! He will throw a strop at literally everything, probably happy for an hour a day! He has sooo many toys but but gets frustrated when he can't do something and throws them! He throws food, hits me and tbh I'm starting to hate the days because he's such hard work! He doesn't listen to anything, I've tried gentle speaking, the word no, diverting attention but nothing works... Please advice I'm tearing my hair out 😭
