Did you stop gradually or suddenly ?
I want to stop expressing all together and let my milk dry up. Did anyone do this gradually or just stop all together ? It's been a day and wow they are so sore aswell as tye sore nippples and I want to hand express for some relief but not sure if its best to just leave it ?

It has to be gradually otherwise you will have mastitis
Thank you. Is it best to hand express rather than pump? Should I express untill empty or just a little so I'm comfortable. How did you know you had mastitis. ? X
@Mermaid93 either works fine, you can start by just skipping one each day (or a couple if comfortable) then gradually skipping more. Youll know if you have an engorged breast or mastitis as there’ll be a painful lump. good luck x

With my first gradually. Only pumped till I wasn’t engorged and slowly went longer in between. It took awhile but I did eventually dry up. I currently use the haaka for in between pumping sessions for a small break.
definitely do it gradually to prevent your breasts from becoming engorged x
