Mounjaro and pregnancy

I stopped trying for a baby to lose some weight ready for my fertility appt in 2 weeks, I've had mounjaro for 6 weeks and just got a positive after 5 miscarriages and only having sex 1 time 4 days after period I'm so shocked but also terrified as you are told not to try when on it because of High chance of birth defects and miscarriages 🥲 Does anyone know what I need to do and should I take my next dose or not? I will ring drs on Tuesday if the pregnancy stays but does anyone have any advice?
