The 2-3 months after having a baby are your most fertile period as a woman. My cousin had Irish twins this way, born 1 year and 1 day apart!
So it’s not cause after having a baby your hcg levels are high cause I had a period after like last month and so I thought it’s a false positive
Your hcg levels go back to normal around three weeks. I’d call your doctor for a blood test :)
