Daft question š«£
So Iām 7.5 weeks pp from an emergency c-section and me and my husband have had sex 2 or 3 times in the last week (he pulled out each time).
My question is, does anyone know how long are you āextremely fertileā for?
We are not using any contraception.
*Please do not advise me to. I am aware of the risks however I have been on EVERY single pill (I suffer from migraines which are made worse by the pill), I do not want to have any of the coil options, I have previously been on the depo injection which did not agree with me either and I donāt want the ārodā. We have used condoms in the past but I alwayssss end up with thrush so I donāt want to use them.*
I am fully aware that there is a huge risk of becoming pregnant if we arenāt using preventions but I just wondered how long you are extra fertile forš¤£
Not sure if it makes any difference but I still havenāt had a period which I assume is normal for me though! (I hadnāt had a period for nearly 2.5 years before I fell pregnant the first time)
For context, I have PCOS and it took 2 years of trying to get pregnant and I miscarried my first pregnancy.
If you're EBF then you have around 6 months of natural contraception through hormones, otherwise you are already extremely fertile. Totally understand your reluctance for pills etc its not fun!
