Positive Pregnancy Test?

Would you guys say this is a positive test? My cycle is very irregular. Over the last three days I started having a lot of nausea and even waking up in the middle of the night nauseated. A couple days ago had lower abdominal cramping and today breast tenderness that’s new. What do you think? Positive or wait a few days and test again?
