I use to work permanent nights so I no its exhausting but I don't let that fly. My wife finishes her nights she sleeps till about 2 then we so everything together. It's only fair. I use to sleep till 1 sometimes not even sleep so she can't say but I have been on nights. But I can say been home with baby is harder than any nightshift I have ever had, you get undesterbed sleep on nights x
My partner works nights, gets home at 7/8am and generally wakes up about 3pm. He needs a reasonable amount of sleep to be safe at work, but he is present in the late afternoon/evening while I make dinner, and he does bath and bedtime
I'm sorry but how is working a night shift different than a day time shift? I work full time and still have to make time to play with my baby and do things around the house.
