Trying for a baby!

So obviously I’m trying not worry about it but we’ve been TTC for 3 months and nothing yet. I have been pregnant before and both times happened within 2 months. Basically what’s the earliest I can get a pregnancy test? My period is due in 8 days. I did a test today (Just in case) but it was negative. Am I testing too early or should it show up now? Thanks x

9dpo you can get a faint positive. Don’t test earlier than that I got a negative at 8dpo and then a positive at 9dpo, also it can take time, it took me a year to get pregnant with my first and then almost a year to get pregnant with my second currently 9 weeks pregnant with my second x

Yes you should test a few days after your missed period. Also, TTC takes time. I tried for 8 mos for my first but it only took 2 mos for my 2nd. It’ll all work out but don’t stress. Try to just enjoy the conception process and let things go as they will. Best of luck to you!!

@Xena Hi. Did you do anything different when you finally got pregnant? Like I’m using ovulation tests and so doing it at the right time so seems odd why it doesn’t just happen 🙈 I’m 11dpo and got a negative, I’m gonna test again next week the day I’m due on and see if anything shows x

I didn’t do anything different no, however with my first pregnancy I actually started taking folic acid before I got pregnant I do think that folic acid helped me get pregnant to be honest x
