Pregnancy announcement

Anyone not announcing their pregnancy till after baby is born? My family is very toxic and I don’t want them to put me down for having another baby. I’m so scared.

If I didn't see my family as much as I do, I would absolutely not announce and just show up with a baby one day. However it's not practical in my situation. The only person I'm worried about being judgemental is my mom who is the most negative person I know.

My family lives in Hawaii. I relocated to Washington last year and I’m exited to keep my pregnancy and possibly keeping my baby a secret and enjoy my happiness on my own! With my first I wanted to do the same but my mom posted it on Facebook and I was screwed 😅😭 so this time only work and people closest to me know!! I’m excited to keep this secret!
