Chemical pregnancy

I experienced a chemical Pregnancy last month, I bled 5 days after my period was due … I’ve been tracking my cycle to make sure everything is ok time and I ovulated the day I was expected (well one day out) and I was due on my period Sunday but no signs ?? Negative pregnancy test from 12dpo onwards. Has anyone experienced a late period after a chemical before? Or a late positive test? It’s making my health anxiety bad thinking I have a problem going on with me 😭

Hi Rachel, I had a chemical in April 2024 and after that I had a late menstrual cycle which completely caught me off guard as I’m usually pretty regular. But the next month I got pregnant again 🥰

@Rachel I had a chemical too and on my second day of period now. Had the same questions so I hope everything is normal this cycle.. I’m assuming the bleeding now is our period.. isn’t it

@Mia should be your normal period! That’s if your chemical was last month or so and have had/finished the bleeding from that ect. I know sometimes it can take 4-6wks for your cycle to go back to normal after a chemical, luckily i was only 2 days out so hopefully next month is a better month and I can go back to trying! Xx

@Rachel oh my period was due 2 days ago and I tested three times on a whim but it was faint positives which indicated I was miscarrying. period came eventually. Waiting for blood work to confirm it was a chemical.
