Hi I applied for my sure start grant over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything back, has anyone else put in a claim?

What is a sure start grant?
mine has taken 5/6 weeks so far! they texted me after 2 weeks to say they had received it and then i got the text this week to say they will pay in the next 5 working days!
