You want to wait a couple weeks. Even with the early tests you need to fully miss your period first.
Every pregnancy can be different, so those could also be symptoms of your period. I was 10 days late with symptoms of "pregnancy" and on day 11 my period came. 2 months later I was 2 days late, no symptoms and I was pregnant, that was my second pregnancy, my first pregnancy I had loads of symptoms but didn't put it together until a lot later on. I would leave it at least a week before testing again (if your period doesn't come)
This happened to me with negative test for 2 months. Even the docs test was negative caused no periods. Finally a test was positive (cause I was feeling all the above) and it said 3 weeks+.. went to a private scan the next day and I was 9 weeks! The doc there said sometimes implantation can take 3-4 weeks (usually 2 weeks) and that’s why everything before had been negative x
Could just be too early along, or could be something else causing it. Wait to see if your period is late, if it is take another test in a week or two
