@Heather it would only be for the days that are not the heaviest, so for me that’s like the first day and like the fourth & fifth day. And I’ll be at home majority of the time anyways & I basically wear sweats all day everyday so me messing up my clothes wouldnt be that big of an issue
When I didn’t have money for sanitary products I used rags (and honestly my flow is so heavy if I didn’t use period underwear + menstrual cups now (well not now now since I’ve barely 1/2 way thru this pregnancy 😂) I would probably still do that when I’m home (& generally i have to stay home bc of the flow & other pain Etc symptoms I get bc I have endo) just bc they are so huge & absorbent and I don’t have to worry about potential toxins in comercial products that always end up in the news Etc 😳
When I used pads or tampons they always leaked and I ruined so many of my clothes like that the cups plus period underwear makes it much less likely
I guess I don't understand the concept. If you're free bleeding you still need something to absorb it, like underwear specifically made for it. Otherwise, you're just going through all of your clothes. I started using a cup a few months ago, game changer and totally wish I had done it sooner. They're inexpensive and reusable, so you don't need to worry about buying overpriced menstrual products.
