Egg whites and chicken breast will give you the most bang for your buck (Costco is your best friend here!) also look for high protein Greek yogurt. Some of them have as much as 20-25 g per serving! I also love love love Buff Chicks protein powder. It’s so smooth!!
Yogurt, ground meats are easy to eat to get your protein, you can make a smoothie with protein powder Greek yogurt and egg whites and you’ll get 100 grams basically in one sitting.
@Maggie I wish there was a Costco near me. I live in the middle of no where in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
Beans, nuts, meat, yogurt, eggs, oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp You can make everything high protein by incorporating a few of these things together at each meal. You can also make high protein desserts! A good way to really boost your protein is to add hemp and flax seeds as toppers to whatever you’re eating. Make chia seed pudding to go with your yogurt and oatmeal in the morning! You could also make high protein smoothies with chia, hemp, flax, yogurt, peanut butter, milk and chocolate powder or chocolate protein powder. You can easily make high protein cookies with beans instead of butter and adding peanut butter and flax seeds! You can swap out flour with ground oats and get a protein boost! Switch up your bread: Ezekiel Bread is 5g protein per slice! Basically switch normal things up to be their higher protein counterparts and/or add high protein additions to your meals and snacks.
When I was bodybuilding my favourite natural protein sources were: Eggs all day 😂 boil some and just eat them Homemade houmous Chicken lentils Natural yoghurt 🫶🏻 Cheese
I eat cheerios for breakfast every day & I use a pre-made protein shake (premier protein) as the "milk".. easy way to get it in and you can switch up the flavors so it's fun 🙃
Protein shakes are great. Also love protein bars.
