She started fighting her first nap in the morning some days, so I just watched her carefully for signs of being tired. For a while, it was a bit mixed, and some days, she would have 2 naps and others 1 nap, but after a few weeks, she moved to just on 1 nap. She sleeps later in the morning now, too

I knew she was ready for just one nap when she wouldn't settle straight away on her second nap just messing in her cot ect fpr a few weeks it differed some days 1 nap some days 2 until she just wouldnt sleep later on she has 1 nap now but the length increased she wakes between 6-6.30 naps at 10.30 till around 12.30 then she's awake then till bed time at 6.30pm

She started going to sleep an hour later then her morning nap time

She naturally cut out nap herself , she used to have a few , then down to 2 a day and she now has 1 , overall her sleeps better at night now , it’s hard in the beginning but you get used to it

My little boy started fighting his second nap when he was 10 months old (his older sister did the same) so we just went for a midday nap and he's been absolutely fine. Now, at 15 months, he tends to go for his nap between half 12 and 1pm. Bed time at 7pm.xx

My girls started to refuse to go to bed at night which they have never done, transitioned to 1 nap and they go down fine again :)

Fighting their 2nd nap. Their wake window is ~5 hrs. Bed time is later. Frequently waking up at night. We transitioned to 1 nap 2 weeks ago. Sleep is so much better.
