Has anyone had the same and later found out you’re pregnant?

Hi everyone🤗 I’m 2 weeks late on my period. I already have longer cycles than normal. My cycle is 35 days and doesn’t really differ from that, however this month I am 14 days late so meaning my cycle is currently day 49! Last period 10/05/2024 but I’ve tested a few times and getting negatives. I’ve spoken to a friend who said her HCG was so low that a test didn’t pick her up until after 6 weeks, has anyone had the same and later found out they were pregnant?

I have heard of people not getting a BFP until like 18-19 DPO. If you’re getting pregnancy symptoms I wouldn’t worry. However if you don’t come on in the next week or don’t have a positive test I’d visit the doctor xx

@Leah I think I’m well past that though as my first day of last period was 10/05/24. Just horrible the not knowing isn’t it, especially when you’re wishing for a positive!xx

Have you tried different pregnancy test brands?

@Anouschka I’ve tried Clearblue but think I want to try first response as I’ve seen lots of people on here use them!

Yes red dye ones are much better. 49 days is pretty long!

Okay that’s good to know I’m going to see where I can get a first response from and if not order one online!
