Going back to work
I need some positive stories and advice 😓! My LB is 6 months old and I knew I wanted a new job rather than returning to my employer. I put feelers out for part time work thinking it may take some time to get something wanting to start working around September. Well I got the first job I applied for and they want me to start in August. It's 24 hours a week and super low stress. I really like what the company does and would like to work for them so accepted the job. Now I feel horrible knowing I'll be leaving my LB early 😭

I started a new job atround 9 months. It's all mom guilt, it feels horrible at first but over time it does get better. And I guarantee your LB won't really care once he is the swing of things. My one is not fussed when I drop him of at nursery he loves it there (granted i did leave him for a couple hours every other week from months just to take card of myself) thus he is very secure and knows I always come back.
@Victoria luckily a friend of mine is a Childminder so he will be there twice a week and with my sister for 1 day. Just feel so guilty that he will be 7 months 🥺
