Not returning after Mat leave
Does anyone know if it’s a sent percentage you have to pay back of your maternity pay if you do not return to the same job?

For nhs where I work you need to return for 3 months or they can claim back their enhanced part of the mat pay
I’m a teacher and it’s the same - return for 3 months or pay back all enhanced mat pay
It is likely in your contract or maternity policy. For one of my jobs I have to return for 4 months, the other I don't have to
Totally depends on the terms & conditions of your employer. Also depends if you are talking about Statutory Maternity Pay or Enhanced Company Maternity Pay. You will need to check your contract and/or company maternity policy.
If you’re just receiving smp and no enhancement from your company you don’t not have to pay anything back xx
