How old is the test? If it looked like this right after testing? It’s a positive! If it’s a few hours old evap line!
Evap lines only happen if the test is read outside of the time frame. If it been done and read correctly then a line means it's positive!
Could just be too early. I’m currently a week late and still no positive test. Obviously there could be another reason for this but this is what happened with my first child. I had to wait a good 1-2 weeks past my missed period to get a positive test. Not sure why this happened.

Defo looks positive! Digi tests take more hCG to come up as positive give it 2-3 days. Congrats! Xx
