Anyone knows if your employer doesn’t give you paid leave for maternity, what can we do??

You can apply for maternity allowance instead with the government
I hadn’t been at my job long enough to get SMP so I applied for and claimed maternity allowance instead.

You're best off asking in a local or country specific group

It depends. You can look if your state has a temporary disability that you could use. Or if there is insurance that you could buy into to help with Leave.
