Bank Holiday entitlement
I work 3 days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays), I'm entitled to 19 days holiday day, 8 of which are taken on Bank Holidays which leaves me 11 to take for the rest of the year. I've asked if I can have the Bank Holidays unpaid and then have the Holiday days back or if I can have extra days unpaid after my entitlement is used which they've said no to. Are they my only options?

I would be surprised if your annual leave had to be used on BH. Annual leave is normally leave plus BH. So good idea to work Mondays! Check your contract it should be clear

I think they have to pay for bank Holidays, the only way you get them 'back' is if you work them.
