Private doctors and healthcare for pregnancy delivery? Help

I did mine with dr.Horner. He was amazing

I went to Portland Hospital and was happy with everyone who was helping before the delivery and during the labour, very positive caring team. They have all the facilities to help asap with anything, and to be honest with the current understaffing at NHS I would not feel calm relaying on public facilities. They also have regular events where you can talk to staff members and check the facilities

I went to Portland hospital and was under care of Dr. Joseph Iskaros. Would do it again in a heartbeat

How much did you all pay — sorry for crude questions?

They have it all listed on website, I had a care from 12 weeks of pregnancy (not so necessary, but allowed to know midwifes well before delivery) and overall been about 12k with two nights stay and epidural injections, had natural delivery, OB might be additional 4k I think. But they have accurate pricing on the website

I think it costs more like 20k, including everything. Only the OB consultant charges are between 8-12k. I had mine at Lindo wing 2 years ago. I went to Karl Murphy who has sadly retired now, however there are a few other consultants who are highly recommended. Tariq Miskry Lorin Lakasing Ian chilcott at Portland though
