“You look like a mom”

Like what does that even mean? Is that a good thing or a bad thing? I don’t know if I want to look like a mom then, that makes me feel less attractive in some way. I’m proud to be a mom that’s not even it, so please don’t come for me lol. What do you think?

Going through your pictures I feel like I get that sense of comfort like I can just get a hug from you or cry to you and you would be there to comfort me. (If I was your child or a child 😂) maybe that is what they meant? You got the perfect combination of sexy and momma though!! I can’t do that I’ll say that much

Completely agree with @Jodi you have a vibe that comes across as I'm a wholesome woman that ticks all the boxes. Got care, beauty and wisdom Remember that the title of "mom" is very hard shoes to fill. I get why you question it. Sometimes that comment can seem like you aren't taking care of yourself etc. I've gotten it too. But I was dressed to the 9s and I knew then that's not what they meant. Ppl always tell me I was meant to be a mom bc of my nature of care.

To me it is a compliment. A mom look is someone who comes off as very warm and a big heart and sometimes you can see it in their face. So take it as a big compliment :-)

Depends....who said it???? Cause if it's a guy he knew if he said what he wanted to say he would've got slapped 👀 milf ok lol If it was a girl definitely a compliment, a weird one but a compliment none the less and probably a dig at herself Like damn you look prepared and put together! You look like you have it alllll figured out. Where she may feel like she always forgets things when taking her child out and always unprepared Now where it may not be a compliment With the generation that just won't stop or stfu!!! The boomers sigh If an older person said it it probably was not a compliment But again everything that comes out of their mouth is vile and toxic and opinion aint worth a lick of value

Maybe you act like a mom is what they meant? I cleaned up a table of crumbs the other day at work and my coworker was like oh that's what a mom would do. So maybe you have a chill but caring vibe and people want when they say that.

Not a compliment, I'm guessing, but you can still say "thanks, I got it from my mom" 🙂

@Jodi awwwww thanks!!!

@Priscilla I’ve gotten it from my boomer mom who always says when I was your age I was blah blah blah, and my fiance which he says is I compliment…. I guess lol. My mom is my biggest critic, she’s so obsessed with me not “becoming a fat ass like her” in her words. lol

@Jane totally me

@Sarah thank you
